Provider Connectivity Assurance (Accedian)

Overview

Provider Connectivity Assurance introduces an evolution of the browser extension by embedding widget capabilities directly into the application, eliminating the need for a separate web extension. This enables Cisco In‑Product Support to be accessed natively within PCA.

This document describes the key features and supported use cases for Provider Connectivity Assurance. For more detailed information, see the Use Cases section.

While working in PCA, look for highlighted callouts that indicate where supported Cisco features such as the native widget and file upload are available.


Provider Connectivity Assurance Overview

Key Features

  1. Case Management: Open, view, and manage Cisco support cases directly from the Native Embed.

  2. Screen Recording: Record your screen, including audio and screenshots, to visually communicate issues to Cisco TAC.

  3. File Uploads: Upload local files to existing support cases or attach files while creating a new case.

  4. Case List: View, track, and monitor case details and status updates for all created cases.

  5. CDAP Campaigns: Campaigns such as Banners, tooltips, checklists etc via CDAP are supported through Native onboarding.
